Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the users and the individual operator (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) of the mobile application ‘Crrraft’ (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).


Article 2. Definitions

The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:

  1. “User”: An individual aged 3 years or older who uses the Service.

  2. “Service”: The online content service provided through the mobile application ‘Crrraft’.

  3. “Password”: An authentication code used by the user to access the Service, which may include simple passwords, biometric authentication data, or any stored credentials on the user’s device.

  4. “Resources”: In-app assets that users can acquire through the Service, including faction-specific resources (Karn, Brin, Nex) and a universal resource (Eclipton).

Any terms not defined in this article shall follow relevant laws and regulations.


Article 3. Disclosure, Effectiveness, and Amendment of the Terms

  1. The Operator shall post these Terms on the initial screen of the Service or a linked screen.

  2. The Operator may revise these Terms within the limits of applicable laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

  3. When amending the Terms, the Operator shall notify the users at least 7 days in advance (30 days in the case of unfavorable changes), specifying the effective date and reason for the change.

  4. Revisions will not be applied retroactively unless otherwise stated by applicable laws.

  5. If the user does not express objection or cancel the usage contract within the notified period, the user shall be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.


Article 4. Formation of the Usage Agreement

  1. The usage agreement is established when a user installs and runs the application.

  2. The Operator shall express acceptance of the usage via in-app notices or other means.

  3. The Operator may refuse or defer approval in the following cases:

    • If real-name authentication fails or is not attempted.

    • Attempting to use the service on multiple devices.

    • Duplicate registrations by an existing user.

    • Reapplication during a suspension period.

    • Lack of technical or resource capacity.

    • Other cases deemed unlawful or unreasonable.


Article 5. Management of Authentication Methods

  1. Users are solely responsible for the management of their passwords and device credentials.

  2. The Operator is not responsible for any damages caused by leaks, transfers, or misuse of authentication information due to the user’s fault.


Article 6. Termination of the Usage Agreement

  1. User-Initiated Termination

    • Users may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting the application.

    • All benefits associated with the account will be lost upon termination.

  2. Operator-Initiated Termination

    • The Operator may terminate the agreement in cases of legal violations, disruption of service, breach of Terms, etc.

    • Notification of termination will be provided via in-app popup or similar.

  3. All acquired Resources and benefits will be forfeited upon termination.

  4. In case of voluntary account deletion, the account will be preserved for 30 days, and re-registration using the same credentials is restricted during this period.

  5. The Operator may review restoration requests or suspicious activity during the retention period.

  6. After termination, re-registration may be denied at the Operator’s discretion.


Article 7. Provision of Services

  1. The Operator provides promotional content and encourages user participation.

  2. Users can acquire Resources by participating in in-app actions such as Tapping.

  3. Resources are valid only within the app and cannot be transferred or exchanged for real currency.

  4. The Operator may change the value or conditions of Resources through updates, with prior notice.

  5. The Operator may suspend or modify the service after notification.

  6. Resources may be granted based on user activity in accordance with the service policy.


Article 8. Advertisements

The Operator may display advertisements within the service screen as part of service operation.


Article 9. Responsibility for User-Generated Content

  1. The copyright of comments and posts by users belongs to the user. The user is liable for any copyright infringement.

  2. The Operator may use such content for service improvement and operational purposes.

  3. The Operator may delete or restrict content that:

    • Violates laws or infringes third-party rights.

    • Contains harmful code or disrupts public order.

    • Promotes unauthorized commercial activity.

    • Incites political or social conflict.

  4. Copyrights for content created by the Operator belong to the Operator.

  5. Users are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use the app and its content.

  6. Users may not reproduce, publish, or distribute app content without prior permission.


Article 10. Prohibited Conduct

  1. Users must not:

    • Manipulate content or misuse features to gain Resources.

    • Leak copyrighted materials or personal data.

    • Post spam or defamatory content.

    • Obtain Resources through dishonest means.

    • 부정한 방법으로 자원을 획득하는 등 서비스 정책에 반하는 행위

    • 서비스의 정상적인 이용을 방해하거나 서비스 정책에 반하는 행위

  2. Violators may lose benefits, have their account terminated, and be subject to compensation claims.


Article 11. Disclaimer of Liability

  1. The Operator only provides a platform for third-party advertisements and events.

  2. The Operator does not guarantee or take responsibility for any third-party content.

  3. The Operator is not liable for issues caused by user negligence.

  4. The Operator is not liable for changes in the value or conditions of Resources.

  5. The Operator is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized use of personal data.

  6. The Operator may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance or unavoidable issues without liability.

  7. The Operator shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure events.


Article 12. Compensation for Damages

  1. If either party breaches these Terms, the offending party shall be liable for resulting damages. This clause does not affect the exercise of other rights under the law.


Article 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms and the Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the respective country in which the Service is provided.

  2. In case of disputes between the Operator and a User, the competent court of the respective country shall have jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable local laws.


Article 14. Miscellaneous

Matters not specified herein shall be governed by applicable laws and customary practices.


Supplementary Provision

Effective Date: These Terms shall be effective as of April 13, 2025.
